Wuro Public Beta Privacy Policy
This Policy explains how WURO LLC ("Wuro," "we," or "us") handles information when you visit Wuro's public site or use the Wuro public beta. The beta is intended for adults in the United States. Contact privacy@wuro.ai with questions or requests.
1. Information we process
- Sign-in and account data. Google sign-in supplies a verified identity issuer and a Google account identifier. Wuro uses those identifiers to create and recognize your account. The current beta sign-in requests only the OpenID scope; Wuro does not request your Google contacts or mailbox. Wuro stores the versions of the Terms, this Policy, and the Public Beta Disclosure you accepted and the acceptance time.
- Workspace and connection data. We process the names and settings you create, the provider and models you select, and the provider credentials you submit. Provider credentials are encrypted for use with your authorized requests. Wuro API keys are displayed once and stored as verifiers rather than reusable plaintext.
- Request content. Wuro transiently processes the text you send and the provider's response to deliver the request. Wuro does not persist runtime prompts or responses by default and does not use them to train Wuro models. The provider you choose receives the request and may handle it under its own terms and privacy practices. Wuro cannot promise the provider's retention or training practices.
- Operational data. We process request and execution identifiers, timestamps, provider and model identifiers, usage, estimated underlying cost, configuration and consent versions, security and audit events, and technical information needed to run and protect the service, such as IP addresses and session data. These records are designed to exclude prompts, responses, and secrets.
- Messages you send us. If you email us, we process your message and contact details to answer it and keep an appropriate record.
2. How we use information
We use this information to authenticate you, provide and secure the beta, route your requests to the provider you select, enforce model grants and limits, show usage and estimated cost, investigate failures and abuse, support export and deletion, meet legal duties, and improve service reliability using operational data. We do not sell personal information, share it for targeted advertising, send marketing messages, or use your prompts or responses to train Wuro models.
3. When information is shared
We send your request to the OpenAI or Anthropic connection and model you explicitly select. Google handles sign-in. Service providers may process limited information to host, protect, back up, or operate Wuro under Wuro's instructions. We may disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, users, or service security. We do not disclose your provider key to another Wuro customer.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
The beta uses cookies necessary for sign-in, session security, and cross-site request protection. Production session cookies are secure and scoped to the application host. Wuro does not use advertising pixels, analytics cookies, or marketing trackers on the beta or these legal pages.
5. Retention and deletion
For beta accounts, Wuro's standard retention periods are 30 days for operational metadata, 365 days for audit records, 30 days for shadow financial records, and no more than 35 days for encrypted backups. Active account and configuration records remain while needed to provide the service. Unresolved accounting evidence may be held until it is resolved, and records may be retained when required by law or to protect rights. Runtime prompts and responses are not persistently stored by default.
You can export supported account metadata and request account deletion through Wuro's account controls or by emailing privacy@wuro.ai. A deletion request immediately revokes your Wuro sessions and account credentials and disables access to your provider connections. Background cleanup then removes encrypted provider material and eligible account records. Limited audit, unresolved accounting, and deletion evidence may remain under the applicable retention rules. Backups expire on their schedule; if a backup is restored, deletion state must be reapplied before serving users. Deleting Wuro data does not delete data held by Google, OpenAI, or Anthropic under their own policies.
6. Your choices and requests
You can choose whether to connect a provider, which approved model to use, and whether to keep or delete the connection. You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of information associated with your Wuro account by using available account controls or contacting privacy@wuro.ai. We may need to verify your identity and may deny or limit a request where law permits or requires. If a state privacy law grants you additional rights, you may use the same contact channel. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
7. Security and location
Wuro uses access controls, encrypted provider credentials, scoped keys, and other safeguards designed to protect information. No service can guarantee absolute security. The beta is limited to US users. A selected AI provider or other service provider may have its own processing locations and practices; review its policy before connecting your account.
8. Children and changes
Wuro's beta is not for anyone under 18, and Wuro does not knowingly invite children to create beta accounts. If you believe a minor has an account, contact privacy@wuro.ai. We may update this Policy with a new version and effective date. Wuro will provide additional notice or obtain consent where applicable law requires.
